Hello, I am 18 and I have two Dermoid Cysts on my ovaries. On my right ovary I have a 9cm cyst, and on my left ovary I have a 3cm cyst. My gynecologist is recommending me to move my ovary with the larger cyst. She also said my fertility has already decreased because of the size of the cyst. I would love to have kids in the future and I know I can still get pregnant with one ovary, but what if the 3cm cyst grows larger and something potentially happens to that ovary. I’m thinking of getting my right ovary removed and freezing my eggs. What would you recommend? Have you been in this situation and what did you do ?
