Infants Tylenol vs childrens tylenol?

What’s the difference? Could I use childrens tylenol on my 6 month old? I ran out of the one for infant & I have the childrens one because my husband purchase it last time by mistake.

The only difference is one comes with a syringe (infants) and one comes with a cup (children’s) they are the same concentration. That’s why there is a big law suit against them right now.

They are the exact same product. Childrens tylenol you get more for cheaper. 
Just follow dosing for infants which is by weight.

Knfants tylenol and childrens tylenol are both 160/5ml. Its the same stuff you can use either or as long as you know your child dosages. 
Childrens Motrin vs infant mortin the dosages are different because they are different concentrations

They’re the same, at least where I am. Check the bottles and make sure they both say 160 mg per 5 ml and then you’re good to use it. Infant Motrin and childrens ibuprofen are different though

The difference is in dosaging.
Most likely certain amount of infant one is smaller amount of children one.
But. About the dosaging for 6mo old, ask doc. Most likely can use it, but you have to give a small dose.
