Triple paste or baby aquaphor! I let my sons butt air out before putting on a new diaper. He has only had two diaper rashes. During overnight I put a decent amount of baby aquaphor on and change him when he wakes up for his feeding at 5. You also could get cortisone cream for it from pediatrician.

My first daughter had the worst diaper rash for almost the first whole year of her life! Nothing worked. It was also a thrush diaper rash. Anything the drs prescribed worked a little then stopped. One pediatrician said to use this and it never came back! Hard to find.  I had to buy it on Amazon.

I agree it looks like yeast. I mixed lotramin with Butt paste. If that still doesn’t work nystatin powder prescription is really good
