Try to work on your abdominal muscles. One of the reasons they sag is because of week muscles in that area. The more muscle you build and tone it up, the better that area will work. Don't be harsh on your self, it just requires some discipline with food but mostly an exercise routine you can stick to for at least the next 6 months. You got this girl
I feel so insecure PLEASE HELP
So I don’t even know what kind of fat this is. I am a little over weight and I have never been pregnant but my lower stomach kind of sags and it makes me so insecure. I am 5 foot 9 inches and I weigh about 179. Idk if this is a muffin top or what but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it please?
