Am I pregnant ??

I got off bc a few months ago, since then I have had heavy periods each month. However yesterday I started getting light cramping and spotting( I was due to get my period this week). I’m not sure if it’s just a light day or this could be pregnancy. Me and my partner haven’t been trying but also have not been preventing it. Any feedback would be great!?
