I took a pregnancy test Monday and came back positive

So then I took a clear blue digital and it came back 1/2 (3-4 weeks) weeks this was on Monday

Took a clear blue digital today now it says 2/3 (4-5 weeks)

I don’t know when I last had my cycle as I have pcos so my period is all over the place

Can someone please tell me how it’s changed so quickly and how many weeks they think I am thanks
