CT Scan how dangerous?

When my daughter was 4 months old she was crying uncontrollably for 5-6 hours. Nothing would calm her down and she looked like she was in pain. I took her to the ER and they did a CT Scan of her stomach.. Since she was so little they had to do the scan 3 times because they couldn’t get it right. I now think about that and get frustrated because I didn’t know the harms of it. She is 1 now and she is fine but I worry all the time that those CT Scans could cause harm when she’s older(lead to cancer). What are the odds of something happening to her? She hasn’t had other scans since that day. It worries me how little she was. She is also only formula fed
