I have an appointment next week to take the abortion pill. What did y’all find helpful?

Be in a comfortable place, with company (maybe bf or friend), take the pain meds they give you accordingly (they made me nap which was nice!), heating pad for cramps, take warm showers, expect to have little or no appetite. Watch your fave comfort show. You’ll be all good in just a few hours!
