Am I pregnant ?

I’ve had a few very faint positive pregnancy tests with blue dye before my missed period. Ive been advised to try pink/red dye tests and I got another very faint positive first day of my missed period but now I’m 4 days into my missed period but normally my period only lasts 3/4 days.

Technically I’ve missed my period, so I did another red/pink dye test and there was nothing there?

Abit confused help🫣
