Help please

Hey ladies I been having some pain around my vigina areas like the sides of my hips idk how to explain it but I guess the whole uterus the sides and everything

I gave birth to twins on May 20,2022 but I was 20 weeks pregnant when the doctor was trying to take the placenta out she was seriously hurting me I felt like she was hurting me on purpose and now I’ve been in pain for a month or is this all in my head and it’s normal

Can someone please help?
