OPK after MC

My dr said I could try immediately after MC. I am on day 11 of bleeding after my MC. I normally bleed for 3.5-4 days during my period… so by that timeline I should be ovulating in like 3-4 days. So I started taking my opk this morning and it had a solid smiley face (peak) from CB advanced. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was still the faintest positive.

I know you’re super fertile after a MC (supposedly). Do you guys think this could be my ovulation this early on day 11 of my cycle and after a MC or do you think it’s leftover from my very faint positive HCG test?

Either way I’m gonna BD but I’m just curious what other people think!
