Concievinh with hypothyroidism

Hey 👋🏼
So for the last two years/3 years I’ve been ttc. Last year august of 2021 I got a positive test but had a miscarriage at 5.5 weeks. I got covid during this time so the doctors assumed this was what caused it later find out with a pcp switch she discovered my TSH level was WAY off. @ a 6.98. We came to the conclusion this is what Likey caused my miscarriage.long story short she had me on a 50mg Levothyroxine. My levels dropped to a 4.28 (still high even though it’s in “normal” range. She then put me on a 75mg of it generic and my levels were dropping to a 3.02 however I had a lot of mood changes and didn’t feel right. In between all this my Dr was transferred and I couldn’t find where she was located and the new Dr dropped me down to a 50mg again. I just completed my levels again and I’m back to a 4.02 🙃. I found my original pcp that was working with me rather than the new Dr just telling me you did fine on the 50mg I’ve giving you this basically “don’t ask any more questions, it’s better than nothing. “ANYWAYS. My original Dr she put me on 60mg armor and I’m excited to go on this new route and see what it does for me however what are my chances that I could be pregnant @4.2 tsh level and if I am would the new medication help reduce chance of miscarriage as it slowly drops back down ? Also could I get your guys feed back/ story’s finding what worked best for you guys??? Thank you in advance
