Surprise pregnancy

So yesterday I found out I was pregnant again for the third time !

I kind of felt it but I wasn't sure because of my irregular period and me still breastfeeding my 16 month baby girl . So I was a bit surprised and I think I'm 10 weeks and 6 days . Since my last period was on April 12th . I'm so excited.. but I won't rush for the ultrasound until the second trimester.
