Sore nipples😖

So, I made a post a few days ago about considering quitting breastfeeding due to a dip in my milk supply. I’m 5 weeks postpartum. I got some really helpful input and someone suggested re-latching baby. Just for context, I latched in the hospital but it was painful so I decided to exclusively pump. I put her back on my boob 2 days ago and she latched right on. I’m also still pumping. My nipples are MAD sore. I had to take an ibuprofen to help. I thought that since I can stand the vacuum of the pump (spectra s1 level 3), that baby’s suction would be breeze…. And it was the first day, but now????.. Help👏🏾me👏🏾😂 Does the feeling get any more manageable over time? And what suggestions do y’all have for sore nips?..
