Looking for a nanny

I have to return back to work now for atleast two days a week and I am looking for a nanny for my two year old and three month old. I’m using Care.com but I’m having such a hard time finding a nanny! Either the best ones are already booked, I can’t find people I feel comfortable with that have the same schedule, or I find someone and they SUCK at communicating which is a huge red flag! UGH I have to go to back to work next Friday July 8 and luckily my husband gets to stay home a little while longer but I’m starting to run out of time and I need to find someone! I have no family available to help as they are all working. I feel that daycares in my area aren’t the greatest for my three month old and I’d rather the boys be together. Any ideas? Any resources? TIA
