6+6 there is yolk on the ultrasound but no baby yet ???

Ugh I feel like I have posted on here so much. I went to ER Saturday night for bleeding and they could see a sac but no yolk. Today I went to my Ob for an ultrasound and they saw a sac and yolk. I am measuring right on time. They did not see a baby and want me to wait all the way until NEXT FRIDAY for another ultrasoundZ So basically an eternity. They said at that point if there isn’t a baby then it isn’t viable. The bleeding they said was a hemerage and we’re not concerned about it. My hcg levels are rising appropriately and progesterone is fine. Anyone have a successful pregnancy after something like this or going through the same thing?
