Are these food allergy hives?

Gave my daughter some mango sweet potato and kale gerber a couple of hours ago and this popped up after her bath about an hour ago

I would call the pediatrician and see what they say and if they will see her. My daughter is allergic to eggs, the first time we gave it to her she had hives around her mouth and on her hands within minutes of eating it and vomited a little while later.

My son got small patches of rashes like his all over his body and has pretty bad eczema, recently got diagnosed with cows milk allergy, it was getting better with prescription formula but since we started solids and baby foods I've noticed most things trigger this reaction. So I would guess your baby had a allergy reaction too because it just looks so similar to my babies. Let her doctor know about it

My sons looked like that after he was given amoxicillin. So looks like an allergy. Could be detergent too. Talk to
your pediatrician.

Looks like an allergic reaction.
Could be Food or new washing powder or fabric softener on towels. 
Dress in cotton clothes will help keep heat down and make her more comfortable and less itching and if skin hot use Luke warm cold compress on skin to help with swelling and and help keep itching down.
If breathing changes or swelling of tongue call ambulance.
