So I’m not in active labour?

I know they know what they’re doing but..

35 weeks pregnant,

I was monitored today due to pressure and pain down there and on and off cramping, my toco readings were between 30-50, the midwife wanted a cervix exam to check if I’m dilating.

However, the doctor came in and said she didn’t want to do an exam there was no reason to. She’s happy with the results of the monitor. But my heart rate kept going high, so did baby’s, my toco readings were between 30-50 and I read 40 is active labour. But she just sent me home.

I was in a few days ago, on the monitor my toco reading was no higher than 25, the results said I had 4 contraction (presuming BH) but today the doctor said I didn’t have any contractions.

When I stood up to get dressed I was in pain, the pressure was heavy and painful. When I walk it was also painful but got better.
