For once, good news from work!
On Friday, my company announced that effective 1/1/16 they are changing our maternity leave policy! Now I get 8 weeks at 100% pay instead of 6 weeks at 60% 😄 Plus I won't have to use up all of my sick time before I take maternity leave!
Timing couldn't be better...I was so psyched when I found out I went to go tell the other pregnant lady in the office 😊
