Std or yeast infection!

So I’ve noticed discharge that I don’t normally have that is very thick and white like cottage cheese. It doesn’t have a smell. I’m confused on if it could be an std or yeast infection because I had unprotected sex last week but I also used baby oil as Lube and google said it shouldn’t go in the vagina but I didn’t know at the time. I’ve schedule an appointment with my doctor but it isn’t until July 18th so I’m slightly worried. The only thing I’m experiencing is this discharge..
