Spotting

Hi all just wondering if I can get a little advice, I have had 2 miscarriages in past 2 years and still trying for our miracle baby. I am not due my period for 12 days and started getting tiny amount of brownish spotting when I wiped never ever had this before my last two times which made me think is it implantation bleeding? Hoping and praying it is 🙏🏼 has anyone else had this and then had positive test just wanted to ask with never having this before and my periods are always regular but I do have PCOS any help kindly appreciated xxx
