PPH from Uterine Atony
It took way longer to get bleeding under control this time! I wasn’t phased (happens with all of them) until my OB told them to standby on blood bags (never needed them before) 🥴! Whew! But a full bag of pitocin, fundal massages every 30 mins-1hr, 2 high dose methergine shots, & one big clot the size of my son’s head later & we have officially avoided the blood transfusions 🙌🏾
No more after this honey, & that’s a fact jack 😂
