Working out in early pregnancy
I just found out I’m pregnant.. 4weeks to be exact and I have an intense workout planned for tomorrow night. Will I be ok? Had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in April and exercised a ton. Can’t help but wonder if that was the cause. 😪
