Yes this works well for us! Today she didn’t stick 100% to it and was a little fussy but most days this works and is smooth sailing! She’s up for 60-90 mins

One of my twins spits up a lot so I don’t do tummy time immediately after eating. They both sleep pretty well at night (one gets up once a night, but wakes up early while the other sleeps right through) & they nap 2-3 hours at a time.
