Period or heavy implantation bleeding

Has this every happened to anyone?!?

Af should have started today but I had heavy bleeding 3 days ago that felt like a period but only lasted 2.5 days and my normal is around 4. Sorry for the tmi but with my period I usually get some clots and this bleed I didn’t get any but I did soak up my tampons. Been feeling nauseated and crazy dreams so I thought I would test and I got a faint line quickly before the 3 minute mark. So I went out last night and got a first response test that I took this morning. Also has a faint line on it, both test have color and showed up before the 3 minutes. So my question is… has anyone one had heavy implantation and still ended up pregnant or do you think tests are wanky or my body is just on a tantrum.
