Bleeding?

My cycle ended 10 days ago. With the last day being when I started birth control. I am starting the IVF shots and monitoring appointments July 5. Yesterday I was spotting only when I wiped. Today it started the same and then it became a little heavier. What could this be from? I’m not to start my cycle already…. Need help. I called gyno and fertility doctor and both said they would take the message and call back. Surly I’m not going to miss out on another cycle for IVF procedure…
