Is sex painful for you now?

TMI warning ⚠️ I noticed my baby has officially dropped and this little chunk has his head pressed right on my cervix and it causes so much pain and sensitivity for me. So when my partner and I have been having sex lately if his penis so much as barely touches my cervix I want to cry. I’ve never had pain like this with sex before. He’s “well endowed” if you know what I mean so sometimes it’s a bit of a tight fit and somewhat uncomfortable at the beginning of sex but usually a minute or two in it’s really enjoyable for both of us. But lately I’m almost in tears with cervix pain and I’m so confused why this is happening
