Should I call her doctor ?

My baby hasn’t pooped for two days now!! I think she’s constipated but at the same time all she does is eat, pee and sleep. She has been crying here and there so that’s what makes me think she’s constipated. What should I do?

Depending how old she is, it’s normal for them to not poop for 2-5 days! I think it’s up to 10 days if breastfed. Early newborns should poop at least once a day until a week or two. Then around 3-4 weeks, their bodies are learning how to poop so they’re learning how to use their muscles to go which could appear as constipation. However, baby constipation looks like red beet face coloring and like solid balls of poop. Straining a little bit isn’t considered constipation in babies. 
Try some bicycles, tummy time, a warm washcloth (or even bath!) on her lower tummy, Google how to massage a new burns tummy for digestion. If those don’t work in a day or two or she looks like she’s in pain (longer than just the straining), then I’d call and ask for advice.
