Did your RE prescribe estrogene after egg retrieval for luteal phase support after fresh transfer?

I was prescribed 2mg of estrace twice a day along with 1 ml of PIO after fresh transfer. I continued both until 10w then stopped the estrace and continued with vaginal progesterone as per my ob (i had a small sub chorionic hematoma). Currently 23+2 weeks :)

Interesting. My new protocol with a new clinic shows no estrogen prescribed after fresh transfer. My previous protocols did.

The reason why I am asking is because I was never given any estrogene in fresh cycle with both my NHS and my private clinic. For my frozen cycle I only took 2 mg single pill in 1 pm between the progesterone pessaries. I wonder now if this contributed to my multiple biochemichals.My FET ended as biochemichal as well and only pregnancy that progressed to 8 weeks was blighted ovum. All testing for underlying issues came negative. I just noticed people here mentioning estrogen patches and pills even for fresh transfers. Then I found out information that corpus luteum keeps secreting a bit of estrogene until 8 week when placenta started production. I have never been high risk for ovarian hyperstimulation either due to high fsh. Did someone have good outcome in fresh transfer without it?
