Maybe preeclampsia?

Question

So I was sent to l&d because yesterday my blood pressure was high for me at my 37 week appointment and then today I was having some light headedness and seeing spots... The spots went away before I got to l&d but I still felt dizzy and just kinda cruddy. They monitored me and am now sending me home on bed rest and to do a 24 hour urine. I have to go back tomorrow for more labs and more monitoring... But they're saying it still may not be preeclampsia?? Has anyone has this happen where they had to go through all this and it wasn't preeclampsia?

I did. I had to do the 24hr pee thing twice. Once from home (came back normal) then they admitted me and I did it again ( still normal) they induced at 38w on the dot and I had him vaginally and then everything was fine.

My sister went through this and did not have preeclampsia. They induced her and she was in the hospital for a week total because of her blood pressure
