Pregnancy belly 4 weeks 4 days

So today I’m 4 weeks and 4 days and I am starting to look pregnant! Which is crazy this is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never looked this big before at this time in pregnancy. My last pregnancy ended around 6 weeks. Hopefully this is a good sign things are going good.

Also my stomach is normal flat. I am a very skinny person so maybe that’s why I’m freaking out. I don’t want people to notice till I’m in my 2nd trimester.
