Ivf 2Ww

I had my transfer last week june 29 with 6day blastocyst.. and I’m so eager to test last Saturday and got very very faint line or i just hallucinating( I don’t know) and just retest again today afternoon using a amazon preg test and looks like negative and gives me anxiety and loosing hope that i might failed failed again. I got pregnant last year with twin through ivf also and it was successful ivf but i lost them due to complication (severe eclampsia) they are preterm babies and they didn’t make to survive.. that’s why I’m already scared of loosing another babies or embryo…
