Dyeing Hair an Unnatural Color
I think I want to dye my hair a fun color. Not all of it, just the bottom and highlight some layers. My hair is already a medium light blonde that is really thick and hits right on my shoulders.
I'm pretty pale too. I've dyed my hair before but it was natural box color and that was years ago. I've grown out my hair and have my natural hair color back.
What color should I dye it?
How should I go about doing it?
