When are your appointments ??

So my appointments for this baby have always been almost a week behind. Like today I had a “32 week” appointment but I’m 33 weeks tomorrow. I didn’t mind but now that we’re getting towards the end I would like to be at least around the week I’m being seen for. I asked my midwife when she will be willing to do a membrane sweep/start checking me and she said around 36 weeks and 38-39 weeks. Well if the appointments continue to be like this I’ll be almost 37 weeks before I even get checked the first time. I know some people opt out of those but I am already measuring big baby and my last was 9+ lbs when I had him at 38 weeks. I’m just curious if I should mention to my midwife id like to change my appointments so their closer to the actual week. I wasn’t sure why other moms are week wise when they go in for their appointments? My last 2 pregnancies I was seen on the exact day I turned that week.
