Fake period??

So I have been seeing a specialist in progesterone monitoring due to having 2 miscarriages and trying to figure out why. She found I have very low progesterone. So I started taking it after my ovulation in May. (Period was April 26th-May 1st) I took it for 10 days and I never got my period for May. I took 4 pregnancy tests and they were all negative. Come about my period being a week late they had me take estrogen to “restart” my cycle. I finally started my period June 3rd but only light and only bled for 2&1/2 days. Fast forward to July 2nd I got a positive test!! I randomly took one the day before my period was supposed to start…my question is was the 3 day period really a period? Or am I further then I think. When I tell you the line was showing within seconds it was DARK. the pew didn’t even soak to the control line yet and it was showing a line.
