Is this what a start of a miscarriage looked like? I am away from my Obgyn for 2 more weeks, what should I do?

I know you posted this three days ago. If this didn’t escalate into more and more blood then maybe you are ok. If it escalated and you miscarried I am so very sorry. I had a miscarriage a little over a year ago and it started with bleeding in the late afternoon and escalated into heavy bleeding all night and into the morning. My heart goes out to you no matter what and if you did miscarry just know you are not alone.
