Potty training 4.5 year old help!!!!!!

So my daughter is stubborn as can be and we’ve been having such a hard time because she is going through a major potty training regression that’s lasting for like 6 months!!!

So we remind her to go but if we do she refuses. I’m assuming she doesn’t like the pressure. So we tried not mentioning it at all for a few weeks to see if she would pick up on it but no, she would only go by herself like 1 out of every 20 times. She would either pee her pants & not tell anyone till we noticed or hold it allll day. - to the point that it hurts to pee but this hasn’t made her want to pee

When we notice she peed her pants we try to stay neutral and it is her responsibility to help clean up.

We tried casually saying “ I’m just going pee then I’ll cook dinner blah blah blah” so she would see mommy and daddy pee too and it could be a little reminder but it hadn’t helped.

We tried putting her in diapers and she loved it 😒

Stickers, prizes, toys don’t work.

She got a toy she really wants and we’re trying to make it 5 days without having an accident and then she will get it (that used to be easy to get to 5 but not anymore) we have a chart on the fridge and everything but nope…

Honestly the only thing that works when we’re desperate because she hadn’t peed in like 8 hrs is taking away hey toys… and then every time she pees she gets 1 toy back. I know this is a big no-no in potty training but it’s all I have 😭😭😭

Any other suggestions would be great!
