So today was CD 23. Now spotting. This is the 3rd time that I have started a period much earlier than normal. I usually am very regular with my cycle lasting 28-30 days. I turned 35 in March. I did some OPK tests but think I may have ovulated early or not at all. Worried I may be going into perimenopause. I hate all these changes and knew to expect them as I got older but I’ve never conceived a child and I’m worried I’m nearing the end of my time.

Has anyone else experienced these changes in their cycles? And if so, what options are there or what questions should I ask when seeing my doctor? I’ve never felt like they’ve taken my concerns seriously.
