Late AF on clomid and progesterone ???

June was my first month on both clomid cd 5-9 and progesterone cd14 onward..

I've always ovulated fine on my own but they made me try clomid anyway 🙄. I feel like it's messing me up more than helping. I ovulated 6-22. I'm a day late, BFN and feel nothing other than easily irritated,hot flashes and some random cramps. Had a little spotting 3/4 days ago when inserting progesterone but it was trace amounts and short lived. Anyone else experience something like this?
