What do you do with your kids when you’re stuck at home and have no energy?

My kids are sick with a nasty virus. We’ve been home mostly since Saturday and I’m also sick - I mostly feel generally ick and tired since neither of them are sleeping well. I normally limit tv and we are watching a lot of it. I just don’t have the energy to do anything with them but I am feeling bad. They both have a tad more energy today which is a great sign but I can tell they’re stir crazy. My car is in the shop and it’s too hot here to even go out for a walk or play in the backyard.
