Prurigo of Pregnancy

Hey Ladies! After weeks upon weeks of itching and sores on my arms, legs, and my bra line, I was finally diagnosed with Prurigo. I have been absolutely miserable since about 27 weeks and I’m now 34+3. I have tried everything to control the itching. Antihistamines, prednisone, all the lotions, you name it. Nothing is working. And I run a farm so I’m outside a good part of the day in the heat tending to the animals and livestock.

My big question is, has anyone been diagnosed with this and been induced after 37 weeks due to the miserable nature of it? I plan to speak to my dr about it at my 36 week appt but wanted to hear others experiences. I know it isn’t harmful to my baby but I feel like I can’t function properly nor sleep due to the sores and itching and birth is the only cure for it. Anyone else??
