How to increase CM??

Question

I don’t seem to get EWCM. On the occasion that I do notice it it’ll literally be gone within an hour or two. Bear in mind I’m not one to discharge majorly in general so it could be possible I do have it but it’s hiding inside and since it’s light isn’t coming out. Who knows. Is there anything I can do to try and increase it. I do have a fertility friendly lube that mimics EWCM but it’s expensive in my country so I don’t want to buy it all the time. Help 😩

In my case, I wasn’t getting EWCM because I wasn’t ovulating. I didn’t think anything of it because my cycles were still regular(33 days mild endo/Pcos ) but I just wasn’t getting pregnant or even ewcm. So this makes cycle 3 taking Myo inositol d chiro with vitamin d and folic acid . and I actually get EWCM around ovulation!

To know if you’re (likely) ovulating you could also check the position of your cervix. You put 2 CLEAN!!! fingers inside until you feel your cervix. When you’re ovulating your cervix will be higher, softer (like your lips) and a bit opened. If you’re not, it won’t be so high, feel firmer (kind of like the tip of your nose( and closed. When checking your cervical position you can also “grab” some CM and when you take out your fingers, stretch it in between to check!
