Threatening miscarriage

Ok June 30 made my 6 week mark . I wipe and seen light pink spotting. Went to the ER ran test and did vaginal ultrasound. Seen the sac and the yolk but no fetal pole or heartbeat maybe cause I was too early . FAST-FORWARD , July 3 it started back only when I wipe pad not full at all and is been going on since . Went to the ER and they did blood work and levels dropped twice . I’m not passing any clots don’t have cramps . I’m confused. Can levels drop and you still have a healthy pregnancy 🥺
