My birthday
My birthdays are always the same. Me alone. My sisters birthday is 4 days before mine. Parents couldn't afford 2 parties so mine was never celebrated.
I got married and found the best friends turned family they had a whole weekend planned.
My first birthday I'm actually excited about and I tested positive for covid... now I'm in bed alone. Maybe that's how my birthdays are meant to be.
