What the heck is wrong with my tongue?!?

This has got to be the weirdest pregnancy symptom yet! I’ve NEVER had this before and it’s actually kind of painful. Feels like a burnt tongue. 
I’ve been googling and it looks similar to a, “geographic tongue.” 
Any ideas ladies? Should I call my dr? My dentist? It’s so gross!

Please see your Doctor while this could be something low risk it can also be a sign of more serious complications like infection etc

I got it in my last pregnancy and it never went away it burns and hurts if I eat hot or too sugary or salty foods really sucks😞

I think you’ve been eating a lot of sugar etc it’s a type of yeast infection should go away. 
Try eating clean foods that aren’t highly processed and sugar filled.

My sis was born with a geographical tongue. The pattern changed when she got sick but other than that it never bothered her and didn't hurt.
