Weight Tips..

I am 16 weeks pregnant.. I have gained 8lbs since being pregnant.. In 2013 when I got pregnant with my first I gained 100lbs while pregnant.. I struggled until 2020/2021 to finally lose the extra weight.. I do NOT want to do that with this pregnancy.. I would like to maintain my weight without gaining crazy!!

I’m a stay at home mom.. I don’t go out much at all.

What are some exercises I could do to help lose/maintain my weight but not harm my son while doing it? When I found out I was pregnant I was going to the gym 4 days and week and lifting weights 🏋️‍♂️ but I stopped doing that to decrease chance of miscarriage but now that I’m in my second trimester I’d like to start back but don’t know how to without putting “stress” on my body or “shocking” it… I want us both healthy and strong for birth.!
