Implantation bleeding or period?

Hello! I’m 19. I’m at unfortunately obese but anyways. I took 2 stick ( the cheap tiny ones) pregnancy test last night. 1 was negative and the other had a faint line. I went to Walmart and got the early response ones and a digital and took one of each. The early one had yet another extremely faint line show up immediately but the digital says not pregnant. This morning I woke up and saw I was bleeding. I’m supposed to get my period in 3 days. I’ve been having cramps and the bleeding is a bit more heavier. I took another cheap test and it has no more faint line. Someone please help.
