Would you go back to college?

I’m really debating on going to college. After high school I messed around and got into trouble with the law and never went. I’ve gotten over all that. I’ve been working full time with a very large company since I’ve been 22, I’m 33 now. It’s not the best job but I make $65,000 a year. There’s many supply chain jobs that come open often and they pay very well, starting at $90,000 a year but you need a bachelors degree. My company will pay for my college 100% so I’m very tempted to go to college. (I’ve checked into it and it’s 100% legit and they will pay it all) It can be done online which is very appealing. I do have two young kids though a 8 and 3 year and I also work a very crazy schedules. 2 days on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off, all 12 hours day shift only though. What would you do? Im very tempted to give it a try, but part time schooling only at first to see how I handle it.
