Bleeding

I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant and first I started having a bit of brown discharge TMI and then today I had bleeding. Not extremely heavy but enough to be concerned. Was told to go into the hospital where they just did a urine test and told me I am starting to have a urine infection… has anybody experienced this? So worried not knowing 😣
