Small pieces of skin hanging off my nipples ?

It’s like ripped pieces of skin from breastfeeding I tried to pull one off but it’s too attached and hurt lol. Has this happened to anyone else they don’t really hurt too much when I touch them.

Could be a skin tag, I got one while pregnant and is normal from the hormones of pregnancy and breast feeding. Nothing you can really do for it it either goes away or it doesn’t.

Are you using nipple cream or something natural like coconut oil to soften it? If you can manage if you have times where you know you won't leak take your bra and even shirt off to just let your nipples breath and rest for a while. I know this pain and I know it's so uncomfortable. It should dry and detach on its own. Don't pick and pull because it will make it much more sore.
